Closing the Journey, Opening the Way to a Sustainable Future: Bringing Clean Water to Quới Thiện Island Commune and a Strategic Vision for Expanding Community Clean Water Access Nationwide (2027–2032)
On August 11, 2026, STARS Water Center – Tra Vinh University and HEINEKEN Vietnam held a strategic working session, marking an important transition from the completion of the practical clean water project in Quới Thiện Island Commune toward a broader vision of building a sustainable clean water ecosystem for island communities, remote and underserved areas across Vietnam during the 2027–2032 period.
